This sculptural misting fountain is integrated into the west plaza of the Aurora Municipal Center. Imagery interpreting ancient sun symbols is integrated into the design.

“Dawn Fountain” was designed to be conservative in its water and energy use, and the cost to operate it is nominal. The misting fountain re-circulates and filters the same potable, non-reuse water continuously, and features a low-evaporation system equipped with a wind sensor that shuts down the fountain in the event of high winds. The fountain operates on a timer, which helps conserve water and power.
