Features

“Aurora Wrap” is integrated into the architecture of the building and is a visual metaphor for the relationship between the Police Department and the community it serves. The community is represented by spheres, because they suggest movement and activity. The spheres are golden in color so that they are the most visually prominent and warm aspects of the installation. The interlocking lines are the net itself. The net flows above the roof line, to symbolize the police protection as it reaches throughout the community. The lines of the net are of colors that are peaceful and harmonize both with the environment and the spheres of humanity.
