Take highway 174 west beginning about 10 miles northeast of Delta on highway 6. Take 174 for 35.2 miles to a dirt road on the left. There are three dirt roads here fairly close together. One at 31.3 and 33.4 miles and one at 35.2. The third is the road you want. Take this road south for 1.3 miles and you will see a black lava flow on the left. Just before this flow a dirt track goes to the right up the hill with the agate.
