Because the majority of the dwellings on University Hill were not built until the 1920s and 1930s–often with C.U. faculty members as their first owners–the neighborhood contains many different examples of revival styles popular at the time. Glen H. Huntington (1890-1959), Boulder’s “master builder,” designed many of these grand homes, as well as several sorority/fraternity houses and an Art Moderne apartment complex.
