This cliff on the edge of Point Dume State Beach is a classic spot in many TV shows and movies, and turns out is also a great place to learn to rock climb. One pitch. Not super hard. Great view. A fun day at the beach!

In 1990 my girlfriend brought me and a bunch of my buddies here and taught us how to rock climb. It's a popular place to learn, still, i believe. It's also a great view from the cliff out over the ocean.
