On November 27, 2009, Woods was taken to the hospital after an early morning car accident near his Windermere home. Reports indicate that while driving his 2009 Cadillac Escalade, Woods struck a fire hydrant in his front yard then crashed into his next door neighbor’s tree. Woods was reported to have suffered facial lacerations and was knocked unconscious.
