Description
The walkway from Spear to Steuart Streets widens into an urban garden. It is defined by concrete planting beds, densely planted with camellias and ledges for sitting. The pavement consists of granite cobblestones. Large trees define the space along Spear Street. In the center stands a life-like sculpture of a man holding a camera as if taking a picture. Open at all times.
