Yes! I want to make my contribution available to PublicEarth, Inc. (' PublicEarth' or 'you'). I understand that these terms apply to my contribution to PublicEarth and set out the rights I grant to PublicEarth in my contribution. If I am making this contribution on behalf of a company, the terms 'me' or 'I' will also mean the company I identify below. I have read these terms carefully before signing.
My 'contribution' means any content, data, information or other materials posted or submitted by me to PublicEarth or a website operated by PublicEarth.
Because I want to share my contribution, but be clear about the rights I’m granting you:
Because I want the world to know who made my contribution and I want to drive traffic to my web site:
Except as set out above, I will keep all rights in my contribution (and my name, logo and web site). The rights that I grant to you under these terms are effective on the date I first submit my contribution to you.
I may cancel the rights that I grant to you in my contribution under these terms on 90 days notice, provided that you will retain all rights in any derivative works or other modifications you have made to my contribution.
Now for the legal part:
PUBLICEARTH EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THESE TERMS, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ALL WARRANTIES OF TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. PublicEarth will not be liable to me for any consequential, special, indirect, exemplary, or punitive damages. The total liability of PublicEarth under these terms will not exceed $100.
I may not assign or transfer any of my rights under these terms (and any attempt to do so will be null and void). These terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado (U.S.A.) and applicable U.S. Federal law. Any choice of law rules will not apply.
